B&B Italia

In collaboration with Space Furniture and Harvey Norman, Studio ZAWA served as the base build architect for this luxury showroom fit-out by B&B Italia Outdoor. The project celebrated the building’s 19th-century origins by peeling back layers of previous fit-outs to reveal the original timber ceiling and restore the warehouse’s authentic character. In parallel, Studio ZAWA secured approval for a major re-zoning of the site, enabling the addition of three new storeys of office space — a milestone that significantly enhanced the property’s market value.
